The children were having good dreams again, and their belief in the guardians had been restored. Most people in the world would never know about the battle that took place in the small town of Burgess. However seven children were present for that battle.

-----------

"Hey, sleepy head, time to wake up" Mrs. Bennett said, shaking her son a bit.

He simply rolled over and mumbled, "I don't wanna wake up, I'm still tired"

"Come on, I made chocolate chip pancakes." His mother said, "But if you'd rather sleep I'm sure me and Sophie can eat them all"

Jamie sat up in his bed with a yawn, and looked at his mom, "Okay, I'll get up for pancakes" He said, rubbing his eyes.

As the young boy got dressed he could hear his little sister wake up, apparently on the floor again, and immediately start yelling "Pancakes" over and over. However all he could think of was the weird dream he had had the night before. It seemed too real.

He had been sitting in his room, when Jack Frost had entered, then he went and met Santa, the Easter Bunny, the Tooth fairy, and the sandman. They had got his friends and together they beat the boogieman. It didn't seem like a dream at all, and Jamie was starting to think it wasn't one at all.

Well, it was Easter Monday, so he and his friends didn't have to go to school. He decided he would talk to them about it later, but for now he had pancakes to eat!

----------

With a yawn Pippa woke up and looked around her room.

All she could think about was the weird dream she had had. Jamie had come flying to her window with the help of Jack Frost, he had told her to come with him. She and her friends helped defeat the boogieman. It seemed too real to be a dream.

But what else could it be? After all, the boogieman didn't exist.

She went to scratch her head, which had become itchy all of a sudden, only to realize that she was still wearing her hat!

Did that mean she had gone to bed with it on? She thought she remembered taking it off... Maybe that dream wasn't a dream after all.

---------

Monty's alarm went off and he reached over to turn it off. He wasn't sure why he even had an alarm clock, let alone why it was going off on a holiday.

He continued to lay in his bed, eyes closed, thinking about the dream he had the night before.

It was so weird, why would he dream about fighting along side the Easter bunny and the Tooth fairy?

He could hear his parents moving around downstairs and decided that maybe he should get up, if only so he could enjoy his holiday longer.

He went to run the sleep out of his eyes, only to find that he had his glasses on. Confused, he opened his eyes and looked down to see that he was wearing his green winter coat. His glasses he could believe having left on when he went to bed, but he knew that he wasn't wearing his coat last night!

Taking off his coat he started getting dressed, he had to talk to his friends!

-------

Cupcake hugged her stuffed unicorn tightly as she woke up, remembering her dream from the night before.

She remembered that in the dream she had turned a black horse into a golden unicorn, similar to the one she was hugging. It had been a good dream, and she really felt like it had been real.

The air had been cold against her bare arms, and the memory was so vivid! Not like any other dream she had ever had.

As she sat up in her bed and looked out her window she started to think maybe it wasn't a dream. If it wasn't then her new friends would remember it too.

She started getting dressed, wondering how she should bring it up when they met up to play.

--------

Caleb woke up, rubbing his neck. He had had a good dream but he felt like he had been dropped onto his bed from two feet in the air. Not the most painful thing ever, but it defiantly made him sore.

Looking over at his twin brother he couldn't help but laugh, he was dressed in his winter stuff, he even had his boots on! Just as he was about to wake his brother up to bug him about it he noticed that he was wearing winter cloths too!

"Hey, Claude, wake up!" Caleb said loudly, as he got off his bed and started to remove the winter gear.

"Man, I'm tired, go back to sleep" Claude replied, moving to take his pillow from under his head and cover his ears, only to discover that his pillow was under his feet.

Rubbing his eyes Claude looked at his brother, then down at himself. After a pause he asked, "Did you have a weird dream last night?"

--------

After getting dressed Caleb, Claude, Cupcake, Monty and Pippa all rushed outside, telling their parents they were going to play and giving them the usual goodbyes.

A layer of snow coated the ground and they all met up in the field they usually played in. They all looked at each other, not really sure what to say. How do you ask someone if they had the same dream as you without sounding weird.

In the end, they just stood their for a minute, until Jamie joined them. He still had a bit of chocolate on his lips when he came running and met up with his friends. Sophie was following her brother, trying to keep up.

"Hey guys!" he said, running up, "Let's go to the lake"

His friends agreed and they started to walk towards the lake, though they weren't sure what they would do when they got there.

They walked in silence for a moment, until Caleb finally spoke, "Did you guys have a weird dream last night? 'Cause me and Claude had the same dream."

Jamie looked at the other boy, "Did... It have Jack Frost in it? And the Tooth Fairy?" He asked, after a moment.

The group slowed, though they continued walking, Pippa spoke next, "And... The Easter Bunny?"

"Bunny, hop, hop, hop!" Sophie said, finally catching up to the group.

Monty looked at the others for a second before adding, "Santa Clause too, right?"

"And the Sandman?" Cupcake added, by this point the group had stopped.

"They were fighting the Boogieman" Claude said, and the others nodded, "But they needed our help."

"It wasn't a dream," Jamie said, they were all thinking it, "Why would they want us to think it was?"

The group looked at each other silently for a minute, thinking.

"They must not want us to know" Pippa finally said, "After all, they aren't exactly out in the open when they're working"

The group continued to be quiet, thinking about the night before, it seemed to fantastic to be real, but it must have been.

"Oh come on!" They heard a voice say, above them, "Hurry up!"

Looking up they all spoke at the same time "Jack Frost!"

"'Bout time you guys looked up" He said, with a smile, "I've been sitting here, waiting for you guys to figure out it wasn't a dream so we could have some fun."

Jamie looked at Jack with a huge smile, and soon it turned into a frown, "Why did you have to wait for us to figure it out?" He asked.

Jack shrugged off the question, "North said something about belief being stronger if we follow rules or something. I don't know, I don't like rules too much." Jack looked at the kids as he picked up a handful of snow, "Now, today's the last snow day I can give you guys till next winter, so are we going to enjoy it or what?"

With that he threw the snowball at the closest kid, who happened to be Monty, and soon a snowball fight erupted.
So I had this idea in my head, that people were ignoring one simple thing.

The last thing the Guardians did before leaving was to make dream sand rain down on them, and leave the elves, yetis, fairies and eggs to put them to bed. Lets face it, they are not supposed to be seen by kids too much, and they needed to make Jamie and his friends think it was a dream.

Thing is, seven kids have the same dream and they don't think it's a dream. Not to mention they would have woken up in their boots and stuff. Besides, Jack doesn't like rules. :P

So, originally I was going to start a really long story where Pitch came back and started doing a bunch of stuff and blah blah blah, but it would all take place about a hundred years after the movie. I had WAY too many ideas of how those years were filled to just leave it!

So, if people are interested, let the mini stories begin! I plan to write a ton of stories, some with just the kids, some with the kids and the guardians, some with Pitch, and so on and so forth. This will be long, and at the end of it... yeah, I'll tell you know, I'm killing off the kids once they reach that point in their lives, it'll be sad; but we have plenty of years to fill!

I have a bunch of ideas in my head about what I want to do, but I want to hear your ideas too. Let me know what you want to see the kids or guardians do in my stories in the comments!
